What is MMZoneHub? +
MMZoneHub is a marketplace where customers can shop from vendors, manage orders, use referrals, and apply to become a vendor from one customer account.
Do I need an account to buy? +
You can browse products freely. Creating an account helps you track orders, manage your profile, save details, use referrals, and access security settings.
Where do I find help while using the website? +
Use the smart Help chat button on the site for guided answers. You can also visit Contact Us for direct support when you need human assistance.
Buyer accounts
For customers who only want to shop, track orders, and manage their profile.
What can I do from my buyer dashboard? +
Your buyer dashboard gives you access to your profile, orders, addresses, payment methods, referrals, reviews, support, and security settings.
How do I track my orders? +
Sign in and open My Orders from your account. You can review order details and follow the current order status there.
Can I become a vendor later? +
Yes. A buyer account can apply to become a vendor. Vendor tools remain hidden or limited until the vendor registration is submitted and approved.
Vendor registration
For customers who want to sell products on MMZoneHub.
How do I register as a vendor? +
Sign in to your customer account, open Vendor Registration, complete your business details, upload your store logo and banner directly from your device, then submit the application.
Why can I not see all vendor features yet? +
Vendor-only options are reserved for approved vendors. This keeps buyer accounts clean and prevents customers from seeing tools they cannot use yet.
What happens after I submit vendor registration? +
Your application is reviewed. After approval, Seller Center opens with store setup, product, order, wallet, payout, message, support, review, and analytics tools.
Store setup and uploads

How do I set up my vendor store? +
Open Seller Center, then Store Setup. Add your store name, business information, location, logo, banner, availability, shipping, and payout details. Save each section after reviewing it.
Can I paste image or video links instead of uploading files? +
Vendor image fields should use direct file upload. Selected images show a preview and adjustment tools before final saving where the upload preview feature is available.
What kind of product images should I upload? +
Use clear, bright images that show the real product. Avoid blurry, dark, or misleading photos. Good product images improve trust and help customers make faster decisions.
Products, orders, and payouts
Common seller questions after vendor approval.
How do vendors add products? +
Approved vendors can use Seller Center product tools to add product title, category, price, stock, description, images, and other required product details.
Where do vendors manage customer orders? +
Vendor orders are managed inside Seller Center under Orders. Vendors can review order information and use available order actions from that area.
Where can vendors view payouts or wallet activity? +
Approved vendors can check wallet, payout, payment history, and financial report areas inside Seller Center.
Referrals and security

How do affiliate referrals work? +
Open Affiliate Referrals from your account to view and share your referral link. Return to that page to monitor referral activity.
Does MMZoneHub support 2FA? +
Yes. Open Security Settings in your account and enable email 2FA. When it is active, you will be asked for a security code after password login.
What should I do if I cannot complete an action? +
Check that all required fields are complete and any selected files are valid. If the issue continues, contact support with your account email, order number, or store name.
