MMZONEHUB supports secure payment options such as Flutterwave, card payment, bank transfer, USSD, wallet, cash on delivery, and other methods enabled by the marketplace.

Payment Verification

Online payments must be verified before an order is treated as paid. If a payment provider reports a failed, cancelled, suspicious, reversed, or incomplete transaction, the order may remain pending, be cancelled, or be reviewed by support.

Escrow and Vendor Earnings

For marketplace orders, customer payments may be tracked or held before vendor earnings are released. Vendor net earnings are calculated after applicable commission, discounts, refunds, taxes, shipping rules, and platform adjustments.

Admin Commission

Admin commission may be fixed, percentage-based, subscription-based, promotional, or otherwise configured by MMZONEHUB. Commission is recorded separately from vendor net earnings for reporting and accounting.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged but the order is not confirmed, the customer should contact support with the payment reference. Duplicate or excess payments may be refunded or credited after verification.

Vendor Payouts

Vendor payouts are subject to available wallet balance, completed order status, escrow release rules, refund windows, dispute checks, payment processor settlement, and admin approval.
