Return Policy

Customers should inspect orders promptly after delivery. If there is an issue, open a return, refund, or support request through the marketplace within the applicable return window.

Return Eligibility

Items may be eligible for return if they are defective, damaged on arrival, materially different from the listing, incomplete, or otherwise accepted under the vendor policy. Returned items should include all accessories, packaging, manuals, and proof of purchase where applicable.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

Some items may not be returnable, including perishable goods, hygiene-sensitive items, customized products, downloaded digital goods, used items, damaged-by-customer items, or products marked final sale where legally permitted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility may depend on the reason for return. Vendor fault, wrong item, or damaged-on-arrival returns may be treated differently from customer preference returns.

Inspection and Resolution
