Refund Policy

Refunds on MMZONEHUB are reviewed according to order status, product type, vendor policy, payment method, dispute evidence, and applicable consumer protection rules.

When Refunds May Be Approved

A refund may be approved if an order is cancelled before fulfillment, the item is unavailable, the customer was charged incorrectly, the vendor cannot fulfill the order, a valid return is accepted, or a dispute is resolved in the customer favor.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be refused for used or damaged items caused by the customer, missing return items, false claims, late requests outside the policy window, custom goods, certain digital products after access, or items excluded by law or vendor policy.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, gateway, or wallet settlement times may vary and are partly controlled by third-party processors.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply for split orders, partially returned items, shipping deductions, discounts, damaged items, or other approved adjustments.
