These Terms & Conditions govern purchases, vendor activity, marketplace transactions, payments, commissions, payouts, returns, refunds, and disputes on MMZONEHUB.

Definitions

Marketplace means MMZONEHUB. Vendor means a seller approved to list products or services. Customer means a user who buys through the platform. Order means a purchase request placed through the marketplace.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must provide accurate product information, lawful pricing, available stock, clear policies, valid shipping information, and timely fulfillment. Vendors are responsible for the quality, legality, and delivery of their listings.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information. Customers must inspect delivered items promptly and report issues through the marketplace support or dispute process.

Payments, Commission and Payouts

MMZONEHUB may support Flutterwave, bank transfer, cash on delivery, wallet, USSD, or other approved payment methods. Marketplace commission, fixed fees, subscriptions, referral rewards, escrow holds, refunds, and vendor net earnings may be calculated and recorded automatically. Vendor payouts are subject to verification, available wallet balance, dispute status, refund status, and admin approval.

Disputes

If a dispute arises, MMZONEHUB may review evidence from the customer and vendor, place funds on hold, approve a refund, release funds, or take another reasonable action based on the facts available.

No Guarantee of Continuous Service

We aim to keep the marketplace available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, upgrades, security events, third-party payment issues, courier delays, or internet failures may affect availability.
