Mmzonehub helps businesses or individuals list their products and services for free and without sales commissions.
Mmzonehub enables a dynamic environment where multiple sellers such as vendors, freelancers, content creators and more can reach a larger audience while customers benefit from a diverse range of products and services in one place.
Registration:
Users must create an account to buy or sell on the Marketplace.
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
Vendor Responsibilities:
Vendors are responsible for managing vendor’s inventory.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the products listed comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Vendors must provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for their products.
Vendors must handle shipping and customer service for their products.
Buyer Responsibilities:
Buyers must review product descriptions and seller ratings before making a purchase.
Whether you’re personalizing a piece, sending a gift, or curious about a shop item, you can message sellers directly on the site. Set up notifications to make sure you never miss a message!
Buyers agree to pay for all orders placed on the Marketplace.
Payment Terms:
All transactions are processed through the Marketplace’s secure payment system.
A one-time commission of 3% on the first sales can be deducted from the seller who registered through a referral link. The 3% commission will be credited to the customer who referred the seller.
Referrals earn a one-time 3% commission from the first sales of the seller he/she referred to the marketplace.
Mmzonehub acts as an escrow agent between the seller and the buyer when the order is placed and paid. The seller receives his money immediately after the buyer confirms that the product has been delivered to him and that the product is exactly what he ordered. This way we minimize the rate of fraud of the buyer by the seller.
Intellectual Property:
All content on the Marketplace, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Mmzonehub or its licensors.
Users may not use any content from the Marketplace without prior written consent.
User Conduct:
Users agree not to engage in any harmful, illegal, or disruptive behavior on the Marketplace.
Users must not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent their affiliation with any person or entity.
Limitation of Liability:
Mmzonehub is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Marketplace.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any Vendor’s listings or products.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes between Users or between Users and Mmzonehub shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws.
Changes to Terms:
Mmzonehub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
